Philip “Trey” McDaniel has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, specializing in masonry systems. At GWS Services he is responsible for the continuity of services and resource management. Trey oversees all operations of the company to facilitate successful completion of projects on time, on or under budget while ensuring that GWS Services consistently exceed client’s expectations. He provides strategic leadership, supports on-site teams and is an advocate for the company’s vision and values.
Kelly Woomer brings a strong corporate background in the executive management of Human Resources, Communications and Organization. Kelly has been a key member of the growth of this company and is extremely informed and invested in GWS Services. She plays a vital role in the organization and management of the office. At GWS Services she is responsible for office management, accounting, and administration of payroll & benefits. Additionally, she assists with recruiting and onboarding of new employees, provides support to the field teams, clients and special projects as needed.
Elizabeth Haughton is accountable for creating and maintaining client relationships and identifying new projects for the Company. Elizabeth assists in coordinating and facilitating the proposal process with potential clients, assisting with pre-qualification documentation and bid follow-up.
Bailey Williams ensures that all invoices are paid and entered correctly into our system. She interacts with vendors to set up new accounts and answer any billing questions that may arise. Bailey also has administrative responsibilities that support the Office Manager and GWS Services' Team.
Project Management and Coordination
The GWS Project Manager is responsible to organize, supervise and coordinate the project and on-site staffs to ensure our clients achieve a successful and timely completion of all projects. The Project Team is focused on raising the standards of delivery, maintaining quality, schedules and budget. The Project Group is essential to providing customers with complete professional support.
Steven Meador has a background in mechanical engineering technology and project management. As a GWS Project Manager, Steven will be overseeing projects to ensure they are managed and serviced with GWS’s high standard of quality and on-time delivery.
Mike Avila has a background in Operations Management and supervision with strong organizational and time management skills. As a GWS Project Manager, Mike will be overseeing projects to ensure they are managed and serviced with GWS’s strict standard of quality and on-time delivery.
Adrian has over 5 years of Project Coordinator experience managing the flow of information between management, customers, subcontractors, and vendors. As a GWS Project Manager, Adrian will be overseeing projects to ensure they are managed and serviced with GWS’s high standard of quality and on-time delivery.
Maria Lopez interacts with GWS clients to ensure contracts and change orders are processed and fully executed. She supports the Project Managers to expedite and monitor submittal packages. Maria’s previous contract management, administration and support staff management skills are an asset to GWS Services and the Project Management team.
To successfully be awarded a project bid, our estimators must first know and understand the full scope of the project. This enables them to provide realistic budgets and timelines. With years of combined knowledge and experience, we creatively and resourcefully obtain better pricing so we can then offer the most competitively priced bid for the project.
Bryana Miller is key to the pricing, estimating and bid process. Bryana is responsible for retrieving pricing from vendors, providing prices to Estimators and creating the bid calendar. She tracks all estimates submitted to General Contractors and follows up on bids. Her monthly report keeps staff apprised of the progress of all estimates and bids.
Omar Gomez has worked in the masonry trade for almost 40 years. Beginning in his family-owned company, he acquired his skills and experience starting as a mason and rising to foreman and ultimately, a project manager. He joined GWS Services as an estimator. His experience plays a vital role in providing accurate project estimates and technical support to his team and staff as needed.
Phillip Luttrell has over 20 years in the construction industry. Skilled in estimating, he has successfully managed many facets of large and small projects, specializing in masonry and stucco/EIFS scopes of work.
Field Superintendent and Assistant Field Superintendent
The Field Superintendent is solely responsible to guide projects inside a specified time period and budget. While managing and scheduling all subcontractors with the assistance of the Assistant Field Superintendent. A GWS Services Field Superintendent establishes and imposes job site quality control and completion of construction. Our Field Superintendent is required to constantly remain current in his or her knowledge of the most successful methods and procedures used in construction for effective site solutions.
Genaro Guerrero is a Houston native, with over 37 years of masonry experience. He is responsible for ensuring on-time materials delivery for all job sites and projects. He maintains his staff’s safety, quality control and exceptional craftsmanship in every job.
Carlos Fierros brings more than 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial and residential masonry applications along with 4 years of concrete work. Carlos works with team members to ensure field work is performed safely, on time and in accordance with plan specifications.
Rene’ Molina has been a Stucco and Masonry Subcontractor since 2004. His certifications include Aerial Lift, Forklift, Scaffolding and CPR. He also has 30 hours of OSHA training. Rene’s range of knowledge and experience is an asset to GWS and in supporting our Field Superintendents in overseeing all aspects of the job.
Miquel Velazquez has 5 years experience working with a mason laying brick, stone and block in addition to supervising crews. This experience will be invaluable when supporting the Field Superintendents and Project Managers in scheduling and job status.
