Michael Morreale, President and Owner of GWS Services a TRAJEXTORI COMPANY has over 25 years of financial management experience in industries ranging from manufacturing, energy and service. He has a master’s degree in finance and is a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA). Michael has been involved with the growth and sale of startup companies and has worked on both the buy and sell side for mergers and acquisitions. He is an entrepreneur with prior experience owning and operating a business, and in 2020 his entrepreneurial spirit combined with his interest in the construction industry propelled him to purchase GWS Services from Greg Schoener.
Greg Schoener, Previous Owner and Founder of GWS Services continue his involvement with the company in a consulting role. He developed and implemented company-wide strategies to ensure the growth and effectiveness of GWS Services in the commercial construction industry. Through an association with over 60 of the leading General Contractors in the area, GWS Services is awarded over 100 contracts annually. Thus, making GWS Services one of Houston’s largest volume subcontractors servicing the commercial middle market.
Philip “Trey” McDaniel has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, specializing in masonry systems. At GWS Services a TRAJEXTORI COMPANY he is responsible for the continuity of services and resource management. Trey oversees all operations of the company to facilitate successful completion of projects on time, on or under budget while ensuring that GWS Services consistently exceed client’s expectations. He provides strategic leadership, supports on-site teams and is an advocate for the company’s vision and values.
Kelly Woomer brings a strong corporate background in the executive management of Human Resources, Communications and Organization. Kelly has been a key member of the growth of this company and is extremely informed and invested in GWS Services a TRAJEXTORI COMPANY. She plays a vital role in the organization and management of the office and is responsible for office management, accounting, and administration of payroll & benefits. Additionally, she assists with recruiting and onboarding of new employees provides support to the field teams, clients and special projects as needed.
Bailey Williams ensures that all invoices are paid and entered correctly into our system. She interacts with vendors to set up new accounts and answer any billing questions that may arise. Bailey also has administrative responsibilities that support the Office Manager and company Team.
Project Management and Coordination
At GWS Services a TRAJEXTORI COMPANY the Project Manager is responsible to organize, supervise and coordinate the project and on-site staffs to ensure our clients achieve a successful and timely completion of all projects. The Project Team is focused on raising the standards of delivery, maintaining quality, schedules and budget. The Project Group is essential to providing customers with complete professional support.
Connie has over 11 years of experience as both a Project Coordinator and Project Manager. Her experience managing the communication between customers, vendors, and our company team creates a smooth execution for all stakeholders. As a Project Manager, Connie will be overseeing projects to ensure they are managed and serviced with the Company’s high standard of quality and on-time delivery.
Ying Zhou has worked for a large GC in New York City for several years and is a degreed mechanical engineer and certified project manager. His experience managing the construction of large emergency facilities has prepared him to ensure that our customer’s projects are managed and serviced with the Company’s strict standard of quality and on-time delivery.
Maria Lopez interacts with clients to ensure contracts and change orders are processed and fully executed. She supports the Project Managers to expedite and monitor submittal packages. Maria’s previous contract management, administration and support staff management skills are an asset to GWS Services a TRAJEXTORI COMPANY and the Project Management team.
To successfully be awarded a project bid, our estimators must first know and understand the full scope of the project. This enables them to provide realistic budgets and timelines. With years of combined knowledge and experience, we creatively and resourcefully obtain better pricing so we can then offer the most competitively priced bid for the project.
Phillip Luttrell has over 20 years in the construction industry. Skilled in estimating, he has successfully managed many facets of large and small projects, specializing in masonry and stucco/EIFS scopes of work.
Wesley Blackmon is a graduate with a bachelor’s of science in physics with a concentration in electrical engineering. He has experience as an inhouse commercial engineer working on both residential and commercial projects.
Nathan Harrelson has a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University for informatics and computer science. He has over 13 years of estimating experience on commercial projects and also has field experience in water proofing.
Roman Guerra is finishing his bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston and started as an intern at Trajextori automating the estimating take off package. He learned the estimating process very quickly and has advanced to estimating while continuing to automate the take off process.
Elizabeth Haughton is accountable for creating and maintaining client relationships and identifying new projects for the Company. Elizabeth assists in coordinating and facilitating the proposal process with potential clients, assisting with pre-qualification documentation and bid follow-up.
Field Superintendent and Assistant Field Superintendent
The Field Superintendent is solely responsible to guide projects inside a specified time period and budget. While managing and scheduling all subcontractors with the assistance of the Assistant Field Superintendent. A Field Superintendent establishes and imposes job site quality control and completion of construction. Our Field Superintendent is required to constantly remain current in his or her knowledge of the most successful methods and procedures used in construction for effective site solutions.
Adam Guevara has over 13 years’ experience in construction with over 10 years as a superintendent leading crews. The majority of his experience is related to commercial and residential masonry, but also includes glazing, siding and framing. His background and knowledge will ensure that plans are followed to specification in a safe manner, making sure that projects meet our customers quality standards.
Carlos Fierros brings more than 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial and residential masonry applications along with 4 years of concrete work. Carlos works with team members to ensure field work is performed safely, on time and in accordance with plan specifications.
Genaro Guerrero is a Houston native, with over 37 years of masonry experience. He is responsible for ensuring on-time materials delivery for all job sites and projects. He maintains his staff’s safety, quality control and exceptional craftsmanship in every job.
Guillermo Fernandez has 5 years' experience working with a mason laying brick, stone and block in addition to supervising crews. This experience will be invaluable when supporting the Field Superintendents and Project Managers in scheduling and job status. The Assistant Field Superintendents support the Field Superintendents in overseeing all aspects of the job.
Rene’ Molina has been a Stucco and Masonry Subcontractor since 2004. His certifications include Aerial Lift, Forklift, Scaffolding and CPR. He also has 30 hours of OSHA training. The Assistant Field Superintendents support the Field Superintendents in overseeing all aspects of the job.
