Greg Schoener, President, of GWS Services has an extensive background in sourcing and marketing building materials. In 2006, he sold his interest in a building supply company to work on other business ventures. However, in 2008 when he was approached by two construction developers to help them select and install building materials, the lure of the commercial building business and a marketable idea drew him back into the sector.
Drawing on every facet of his work experience, he created a system to estimate projects that was unique to the construction industry. It offered the most economical options for General Contractors without sacrificing product and quality. This unique approach continues to afford GWS Services an edge over the competition in winning bids.
